Today, the Thai life insurance industry continues to
demonstrate its potential for steady growth despite
facing various challenges. We are seeing significant
progress in many areas, including the expansion of
the customer base, the introduction of diverse and
personalized products, and the development of both
traditional and innovative sales channels, which are now
being seamlessly integrated. A major catalyst driving this
growth is the adoption of modern technologies that
enhance operational efficiency across all aspects of
the business.
