NOTES TO FINANCIAL STATEMENT.
For the year ended June 30, 2024
FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2024

1. General information.

The association is incorporated under the laws of Thailand on November 9, 1967 as a non – profit organization
and located at 36/1 Soi Sapankoo Rama IV Road, Kwang Thungmahamek Khet Sathorn Bangkok 10120 Thailand

operating by the following objectives:

a) To be the center of the life insurance business and related people in order to promote the
Development of business to thrive

b) To be a representative to protect the interests of the insured, the insurer and the life insurance

Company; Related Business Operator Track the legal changes that may affect the interests of the

Insured and its members. Coordination with government and related organizations. To be agent,
protect benefit of assured.

c) To support and promote the life insurance business and be supervised between members and the

Development of business and practices within a scope of law and life insurance
d) To promote academic progress , publicize knowledge of life insurance for all groups of people see

the benefits. Collaborate and exchange information with relevant organizations both in the country

and abroad.

2. Basis preparation of financial statement.

Financial statement of The Thai Assurance Life Association has applied on the Thai Financial Reporting

Standard for Non – Publicly Accountable Entities (TFRs for NPAEs), which issued by The Federation of
Accounting Professions and practical on financial statement for reporting period that start within or after January
1, 2011 and their presentation has been made in compliance with the stipulations of the Notification of the
Department of Business Development dated 28 September 2011. Subject: Determination of condensed items in

the financial statements 2011

The financial statements in Thai language are the official statutory financial statements of the Association. The
financial statement in English language have been translated from Thai language financial statements.
